CPCA FACILITATORS

“Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2). If we will only look outside ourselves and see who we can help, we will achieve a double advantage. While we are helping others, we find that our own troubles suddenly seem lighter. "Remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35). “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you” (Ephesians 4:32).

With scriptural admonitions and in the spirit of meekness and support, the CPCA facilitator will help CPCA members understand their common CPCA objectives and assist them to plan and to achieve them. This will make CPCA member’s progress easier while working more effectively together within the CPCA family. The CPCA Facilitator's ministry is to support CPCA member to do their best thinking and practice through being a helper and enabler to support them in achieving quality CPCA educational performance. The CPCA Facilitator will encourage full participation, promote mutual understanding, cultivate shared responsibility, search for inclusive solutions and help build the CPCA member to achieve sustainable CPCA educational objectives that reach the best possible conclusions.

The CPCA Facilitator program involves all CPCA member institutions to facilitate growth and development of CPCA membership while helping each other to strive toward and achieve their maximum potential in educational excellence. The four types of CPCA Facilitators are:

CPCA Basic Facilitator: Every CPCA member is included in this level and is encouraged to recruit new member institutions to join the CPCA. The CPCA Basic Facilitator must notify CPCA of each new CPCA member they have joining in order to receive a $50.00 honorarium.
CPCA Media Facilitator: The CPCA Media Facilitator will be trained to review CPCA Member print and/or web site media in relation to CPCA objectives and educational performance. For each institution assigned for review, the CPCA Media Facilitator will receive a $50.00 honorarium. CPCA Member will pay for return mailing expense.
CPCA Communication Facilitator: The CPCA Communication Facilitator will establish verbal and/or written communication with CPCA Member institution based on the CPCA Media Facilitator evaluations to facilitate their growth and development in educational excellence. The CPCA Communication Facilitator will receive $50.00 per year honorarium for each CPCA Member assigned to them.
CPCA Encompassing Facilitator: The CPCA Encompassing Facilitator duties will encompass the oversight of and working with CPCA Media and CPCA Communication Facilitators and the institutions assigned to them. The CPCA Encompassing Facilitator will receive $50.00 per year honorarium for each CPCA Member assigned to them and will receive travel expenses from the CPCA Member institution if a site visit is required. The CPCA Encompassing Facilitator may be engaged as a consultant by the CPCA Member to assist them in achieving CPCA Certification.
